Mogadishu (HT): Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has called on communities to strengthen peace, unity and cooperation following his tour of several areas in Galmudug State.
The president said his main message during the visit was to encourage Somali communities to resolve differences peacefully and work together for stability.
During the tour, Hassan Sheikh visited several towns and met local communities and officials to discuss security and living conditions.
In Galinsoor, hundreds of residents welcomed the president and his delegation. He urged residents to protect peaceful coexistence and avoid disputes that could threaten stability.
